How can customers return products?
We offer a refund and/or exchange within 90 days of the delivery date. Contact us by email to: Contact@postur-tech.com. 
How do customers get a return label?
Buyer is responsible for returns. The shipping costs are borne by the customer in the event of a change of mind of the buyer, e.g. B. if an item doesn't fit, you don't like the colour/quality, you changed your mind, ordered it by mistake, bought it elsewhere, etc.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is returned due to our error (damaged, defective, wrong item sent, etc.) Are there

restocking fees?
If you request a return within 90 days of the delivery date , there are no restocking fees. The return is free of charge for you.

This happens when the product is wrong, damaged by the carrier or otherwise defective?
We will cover the return shipping cost if delivery was made due to our error (damaged, defective, wrong item sent, etc.).

In what condition or product conditions are returns accepted?
We accept unopened products in their original packaging and products that have never been used. Because of customer satisfaction, we also accept products that have been slightly used or opened.

How is a refund made?
Refunds will be sent to your original payment method within 7 days.
