SECTION 1 - COLLECTED PERSONAL INFORMATION
When you make a purchase in our web shop, we collect as part of our buying and selling process the personal information that you provide to us, e.g. your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically get your computer's Internet Protocol (IP) address, which allows us to get more information about which browser and operating system you are using.
Email Marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

How do I get my consent?
When you provide us with your personal information to complete a transaction, check your credit card, place an order, plan a delivery or return a purchase, we assume that you agree to your information being collected and used for that purpose only.

SECTION 4 - SHOPPING
Our store is located at Shopify Inc. They provide us with an e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our services and products to you.
Your information is stored in Shopify's data storage systems and databases as well as in Shopify's general programs. Your information is stored on a secure server that is protected by a firewall.
Payment:
If you make your purchase via a direct payment gateway, Shopify stores your credit card information in this case. This information is encrypted in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Details of the purchase transaction are stored for as long as is necessary to complete the order. When the order is completed, the information about the purchase is deleted.
All direct payment gateways are PCI-DSS compliant and are managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint venture of companies such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
The PCI-DSS requirements ensure secure processing of credit card data in our store and with our service providers.

ARTICLE 5 - SERVICES PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTIES
In general, the third-party providers we use collect, use and disclose your information only to the extent necessary to perform the services they provide to us.
Some third party service providers, e.g. payment markets and other payment intermediaries, however, have their own privacy policies for the information we are required to provide to them in connection with your purchase transactions.

ARTICLE 6 - SECURITY

If you give us your credit card information, it is encrypted using the SSL security protocol and stored with AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission via the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we comply with all requirements of the PCI-DSS standard and apply additional generally accepted industry standards.
COOKIES
Here is a list of the cookies we use. We have listed them here so you can choose whether you want to allow them or not.
_session_id, a unique session identifier, enables Shopify to store information about your session (referring site, landing page, etc.).
It does not store data and remains for 30 minutes since your last visit. Used by our website provider's internal statistical tracking system to record the number of visits.
Negotiate_uniq, no data stored, expires at midnight (depending on where the visitor is) the next day. Calculates the number of visits to a store per unique customer.
shopping cart, unique identifier, saved for 2 weeks, stores information about the shopping cart.
secure_session_id, unique identifier for the session
storefront_digest, unique identifier, not defined if the store has a password, is used to know if the current visitor has access.
ARTICLE 7 - AGE OF CONSENT
By using this website, you certify that you are of legal age in the state or province where you live and that you have consented to minors in your care being allowed to use this website.
ARTICLE 8 - AMENDMENTS TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We reserve the right to change this privacy policy at any time, so read it often. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon publication on the Website. If the content of this policy changes, we will notify you here that it has been updated so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we may disclose it.
If our store is acquired by or merged with another company, your information can be transferred to the new owners so that we can continue to sell products to you.
