Do you ship worldwide and how much does it cost?
Yes, we ship worldwide. We offer all our customers domestic and international shipping with tracking. We offer free shipping and no VAT - we want to make your experience simple and efficient - just like we want it.

How long does it take to ship and process your products?
Shipping and delivery times:

USA: 7-12 days.

Europe: 7-12 days.

International orders: 10-14 days.


Processing Time

Orders can sometimes take 1-3 days to be processed after they are ordered and shipped. We do not ship on weekends.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Once your goods have been shipped, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email with a tracking number.

If you did not receive a message or the tracking number does not work, you do not have to worry. Contact us and we will solve the problem!

Unexpected delays

In some cases, delivery may take longer than the standard times listed above. Most of these delays are due to international customs clearance, which we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, we will be happy to help you resolve any issues.

Guidelines

Returns are valid within 21 days of purchase. Any rebate received on your original purchase will be recalculated when processing the return. Refunds do not include shipping costs.

Return Procedure

Make sure the following information is included:
- Customer name and date of purchase
Reason for return
- Order number

Once we receive your request, we will send you an authorization number and instructions on where/how to return the item(s).
